Get Council Bluffs Party Bus Prices in Under a Minute
Party Bus In Omaha provides all-inclusive pricing online in under 30 seconds—you will know the exact number before you ever book. Our Council Bluffs party bus and charter bus rates run as follows: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.
Pricing shifts with the vehicle type, the date, and total mileage—a three-hour casino crawl along West Broadway prices differently than a full-day charter to Iowa State in Ames. Group Transportation in Council Bluffs Made Easy
The Omaha–Council Bluffs metro straddles two states, and getting a group from one side to the other without someone getting lost on I-480 is exactly the kind of problem a party bus solves cleanly. Party Bus In Omaha has been doing this across the Missouri River corridor since 2011—thousands of groups, every occasion from Creighton Bluejays watch parties to Berkshire Hathaway shareholders weekend shuttles—so your event is not a test run for us.
We offer a massive variety of vehicles, meaning you never overpay for seats you do not need. Our online quote tool delivers an all-inclusive number in under 30 seconds, and the 24/7/365 reservation team picks up when you call at 11 p.m. to add a stop or adjust the pickup time. Picture your group skipping the I-29 on-ramp bottleneck, arriving at Harrah’s together before the line forms, and getting home without a single person worrying about the drive.
That is the difference one coordinated bus makes.
Plus, when you book with Party Bus In Omaha you get ADA-accessible vehicles on request, instant pricing with no surprise add-ons, and a fleet that scales from a Sprinter limo for a small bridal party to a 56-passenger charter bus for a full company event. Call 402-973-1398 to get a detailed, no-obligation quote today!
Group Transportation Services We Offer in Council Bluffs
Party Bus In Omaha handles group transportation for every occasion across Council Bluffs and the greater metro. From airport transfers and casino shuttles to wedding day logistics, prom nights, corporate events, and concert runs across the river—whatever brings your group together, we have a vehicle and a plan. Call 402-973-1398 to get started!

Council Bluffs Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Eppley Airfield (OMA) (4501 Abbott Dr, Omaha, NE 68110) is just eight miles east of Council Bluffs via I-480—a quick shot on paper that turns into a scramble when your group is managing checked bags, staggered flight times, and limited curbside space. Commercial bus pickup at OMA uses the ground-level Transportation Network Company (TNC) and bus staging zones at the Arrivals curb; have your group coordinator call us once every bag is off the carousel and the full group is together at the agreed-upon door. Do not call for the bus until everyone is assembled—timing the approach at a busy regional airport is everything.
For larger groups flying into OMA from multiple itineraries—think conference attendees or a destination-wedding party arriving on different connections—a charter bus with deep undercarriage bays handles the luggage mountain without anyone cramming a rolling suitcase onto their lap. We build the pickup window around your actual arrival time, not an optimistic schedule, and the 24/7 team adjusts if your inbound is delayed. Call 402-973-1398 to lock in your Council Bluffs airport shuttle today.

Council Bluffs Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Council Bluffs sits at the center of one of the Midwest’s most underrated party circuits: three casino-resort properties within two miles of each other, a quick bridge away from Omaha’s Old Market bar district, and late-night options that run well past last call at most Nebraska venues. A Council Bluffs bachelorette party bus keeps the whole squad on the same bus from the first stop to the last.
Start with cocktails at Harrah’s Council Bluffs (1 Harrah’s Blvd), hit the gaming floor at Horseshoe Council Bluffs (2701 23rd Ave), cross the river to Omaha’s Old Market for dinner and bar hopping along Howard Street, and get everyone home without a single who's-staying-sober conversation. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a full bar, color-changing LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound—the party does not pause between venues. No drawing straws for who stays sober.
Call 402-973-1398 to plan the route.

Council Bluffs Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances a guest of honor can make—and Council Bluffs has the event venues to match. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses are fully customizable: pre-load a custom playlist, coordinate a color scheme with the LED lighting, and have the celebration in full swing before the bus ever reaches the venue. Whether the milestone birthday is heading to Mid-America Center (1 Arena Way, Council Bluffs, IA 51501) for a ticketed event, a reception hall on the west side, or a dinner spread across the Old Market, the bus keeps the whole group together.
For Sweet 16s and quinceañeras, a party bus entrance turns the arrival into its own moment—the doors open, the LED lighting pours out, and the music is already going. We work with families across the metro to match the right vehicle size so no one pays for empty seats. We offer a massive variety of vehicles, meaning the group of twelve and the group of forty-five both get a bus that fits.
Call 402-973-1398 any time to plan your Council Bluffs birthday celebration.

Council Bluffs Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the metro’s major concert venues sit across the Missouri in Omaha, and the post-show exit is where Council Bluffs groups feel the pain hardest. After a show at CHI Health Center Omaha (455 N 10th St, Omaha, NE 68102), the I-480 westbound on-ramps clog within minutes of the final song. Rideshares surge, the surface lots around 10th Street empty slowly, and everyone in your group who drove separately is staring at a 40-minute wait for a five-mile trip.
A Council Bluffs concert bus rental changes that completely. Your group boards together in Council Bluffs, gets dropped at the venue entrance, and the bus waits nearby until the show ends—right there at the curb while the rest of the crowd hunts for rideshares. The same logic applies to stadium-scale shows at Ameritas Life Partners Field at Werner Park in Papillion or festival events at Stir Concert Cove (formerly Harrah’s outdoor stage).
For party buses loaded with a built-in bar and LED lighting, the concert energy starts before the opening act. Call 402-973-1398 for a free quote.

Council Bluffs Corporate Event Transportation
Council Bluffs hosts a growing number of corporate campuses—and getting a team from the city’s west side hotel corridor over to an Omaha conference without losing half an hour to I-29 construction or the 16th Street bridge chokepoint takes actual planning. A Council Bluffs corporate bus rental solves it cleanly: your staff boards at the hotel, arrives at the venue together, and nobody burns 20 minutes hunting for a parking garage downtown.
For events at the CHI Health Center Omaha convention hall or the CenturyLink (Omaha Convention Center) at 10th and Douglas, charter bus drop-off keeps your team steps from the registration hall instead of circling the Old Market. Executive Sprinter vans handle smaller VIP transfers with WiFi and leather seating so the commute doubles as prep time. Amenities like power outlets and onboard WiFi mean your team arrives focused instead of frazzled.
Set up a recurring shuttle contract or a one-day event run—either way, call 402-973-1398 and we will build the route.

Council Bluffs Private Event Transportation Services
The Iowa Western Community College Events Center, the Mid-America Center (1 Arena Way), and the casino resort properties along the riverfront draw massive private-event crowds that turn the North 25th Street and West Broadway corridors into gridlock on weekend nights. A private charter bus in Council Bluffs keeps your entire itinerary moving without splitting into a five-car caravan or waiting on a rideshare surge.
The Iowa State Fair in Des Moines each August draws enormous bus demand from Council Bluffs groups, since the 100-mile run on I-80 West is a straight shot—but parking at the Iowa State Fairgrounds runs out fast and bus staging is a known headache without advance coordination. One charter bus handles your full group for a flat, predictable rate. Family reunions hitting Lake Manawa State Park, Bayliss Park, or multiple stops in a single afternoon work the same way: one bus, one pickup, one flat cost, and no one gets left at the wrong trailhead.
Call 402-973-1398 and we will build the plan.

Council Bluffs Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Council Bluffs–Omaha metro runs mid-April through late May, with schools across Pottawattamie County and the Omaha metro holding events in a tight six-week window. For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing or zero availability. A typical six-hour prom rental—school pickup, pre-prom photo stop at Bayliss Park, venue drop-off, and after-party return—costs meaningfully more when booked two weeks out than four months out.
The math is simple and the window is short.
Party Bus In Omaha works with parent committees and student groups at Abraham Lincoln High School, Thomas Jefferson High School, and schools across the metro to set up prom transportation that keeps the night on schedule and every parent at ease. Our reservation team confirms pickup plans, has the bus there on time, and handles the return run without anyone drawing straws for who drives. Homecoming runs the same demand curve in September—lock in early.
Call 402-973-1398 today to secure your date.

Council Bluffs School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones across Pottawattamie County count on Party Bus In Omaha for field trip transportation because our reservation team is available around the clock and the vehicles are comfortable enough to keep students happy on longer runs. A field trip to Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium (3701 S 10th St, Omaha, NE 68107)—consistently ranked among the best zoos in the country—is just a 15-minute ride from Council Bluffs via I-480, but coordinating a full grade level across multiple cars or school buses is a genuine logistical headache.
Charter buses provide overhead bins for backpacks and lunches, TV monitors and DVD players to keep students busy on longer drives, and undercarriage bays for any bulkier gear. For the run to the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum in Ashland (28210 West Park Hwy, Ashland, NE 68003)—about 45 minutes southwest on I-80—an onboard restroom means no unscheduled pit stops. ADA-accessible buses are always available; just flag the need when you book.
Call 402-973-1398 for school field trip bus rentals in Council Bluffs.

Council Bluffs Sporting Event Transportation
Council Bluffs sports fans know the I-80 eastbound lanes toward downtown Omaha back up hard before an Omaha Storm Chasers game at Werner Park (12356 Ballpark Way, Papillion, NE 68046), and the I-480 interchange is the pinch point every time a sellout at CHI Health Center coincides with a casino-resort event on the Council Bluffs side. Getting a group of 30 fans across the river in separate cars means 30 different parking decisions, 30 different pickup locations after the final out, and at least one vehicle that cannot find the lot.
A Council Bluffs sporting event bus rental takes all of that down to one vehicle, one pickup, and one flat rate. Werner Park’s bus and oversized vehicle parking is available in the general lot accessed from Highway 370—one bus pass covers your whole group instead of stacking individual car passes. For Creighton Bluejays games at CHI Health Center, the bus drops your group at the 10th Street entrance and waits nearby for the post-game return.
Call 402-973-1398 to get your group to the game.

Council Bluffs Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Council Bluffs and the Omaha metro are packed with wedding venues on both sides of the Missouri, and the logistical challenge is almost always the same: ceremony in one city, reception in another, guests flying in from out of town, and nobody who knows the best route across the river on a Saturday night. A Council Bluffs wedding shuttle keeps your guests on schedule and in formalwear instead of wandering the Dodge Street on-ramp.
If your ceremony is at Dodge House in Council Bluffs and the reception is at a venue in Omaha’s Aksarben Village or the Old Market, a minibus shuttle loop keeps even the most directionally challenged guest on time. Nobody in your wedding party navigates unfamiliar one-way streets in heels. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party run with premium leather and privacy glass, while a 35-passenger minibus handles the guest hotel loop.
Because Party Bus In Omaha has been handling group transportation since 2011, your wedding timeline stays tight with clear pickup windows and a single point of contact from quote to final drop-off. Call 402-973-1398 for a free wedding transportation quote.

Council Bluffs Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Iowa’s Loess Hills wine country begins practically at Council Bluffs’ back door. Harvest Moon Winery (1 miles south of Council Bluffs off U.S. 275) and Willow Ridge Winery out in the bluffs both offer tastings and scenic overlooks worth a Saturday afternoon, and the circuit through the hills is far more enjoyable when nobody has to stay sober for the drive. For pub crawls closer to the city center, West Broadway’s bar corridor and the Old Market in Omaha give a party bus plenty of stops to work with.
A Council Bluffs party bus rental keeps the whole tasting group together—no splitting up at the first winery, no losing two people at the last bar, no surge-priced ride home from the Old Market at midnight. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses carry a full bar so the celebration does not pause between vineyards. Everyone stays together for every pour.
Call 402-973-1398 for a free quote on your Council Bluffs winery tour or pub crawl.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Council Bluffs Party Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Council Bluffs?
Council Bluffs party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how many hours you need. As a guide: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Weekend nights, prom season, and peak casino weekends all push rates toward the top of the range.
The fastest way to get an accurate number for your date and itinerary is to use our 30-second online tool or call 402-973-1398—all-inclusive pricing, no hidden costs.
Can a party bus drop off at the casinos in Council Bluffs?
Yes. Harrah’s Council Bluffs (1 Harrah’s Blvd) and Horseshoe Council Bluffs (2701 23rd Ave) both have large motor-coach and oversized-vehicle staging areas in their resort lots—bus groups are a common arrival at both properties. Your bus can drop the group at the main entrance and wait in the designated bus area while everyone is inside.
We confirm current drop-off protocols for your specific property when you book, since the casinos occasionally reroute bus arrivals during large events or concerts at the attached venues. Call 402-973-1398 and we will sort the logistics.
How does a bus pick up my group at Eppley Airfield?
At Eppley Airfield (OMA), commercial buses wait in the designated ground-transportation holding area off Abbott Drive and pull to the Arrivals curb when the group coordinator calls to confirm the full party is assembled with luggage. The key rule: do not make that call until everyone is off their respective flights and standing together at the agreed-upon Arrivals door—baggage claim at OMA can take 20–30 minutes, and international connections add U.S. Customs time on top of that. We build your pickup window around the latest arriving flight in the group, not the earliest, so nobody is standing at the curb while half the party is still at the carousel.
Review the official OMA ground transportation page before you land.
Where do charter buses park for events at Mid-America Center?
Mid-America Center (1 Arena Way, Council Bluffs, IA 51501) has a surface lot with room for oversized vehicles on the arena’s east side, accessed from Arena Way off U.S. Highway 6. For major concerts and sporting events, the lot fills quickly and the adjacent I-29 on-ramps slow to a crawl within 30 minutes of event end. We confirm current bus staging arrangements with the venue for your specific event date when you book—some events direct bus groups to a designated drop zone on Arena Way before parking in the outer lot.
We always recommend checking the official Mid-America Center event page for any event-specific parking advisories before your visit.
What is the best way to get a group from Council Bluffs to a Creighton game?
CHI Health Center Omaha (455 N 10th St) is roughly 10 miles from central Council Bluffs via I-480 West—a 15-minute drive in normal conditions that stretches to 40+ minutes when 19,000 people are heading to the same building. On-site parking at CHI Health Center is limited to permit holders and premium garage access; most fans end up in surface lots several blocks away or paying premium rates in the Old Market garages. A bus drops your whole group at the 10th Street entrance, waits nearby during the game, and has the whole crew back in Council Bluffs before the last rideshare surge clears.
One flat rate, no parking scramble, no designated-sober-ride negotiation. Call 402-973-1398 to book the run.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least three to six months out to secure the best price and your preferred vehicle. The Council Bluffs market tightens fastest during prom season (mid-April through late May), New Year’s Eve, and summer casino-resort concert weekends when the Harrah’s and Horseshoe outdoor stages are active. For prom specifically, booking in January versus booking two weeks out can mean a $1,000+ difference in rate or no availability at all.
For prom: book by January. For most other occasions outside peak windows, two to four weeks of lead time is workable—but the earlier you call, the more vehicle options you have. Call 402-973-1398 right now to lock in your date.
Popular Council Bluffs Party Bus Destinations
A Council Bluffs party bus itinerary can run from casino resort hops along the riverfront to day trips into the Loess Hills or across the Missouri into Omaha’s entertainment districts. These six destinations are where our groups head most often—each one with its own logistics worth knowing before you arrive.

Harrah’s Council Bluffs Casino & Hotel
Harrah’s Council Bluffs (1 Harrah’s Blvd, Council Bluffs, IA 51501) anchors the riverfront casino strip with 36,000 square feet of gaming floor, a hotel tower, and an events venue that books regional concerts and boxing cards throughout the year. Bus groups are a normal arrival here—the resort has a large surface lot with motor-coach staging space near the hotel entrance off Harrah’s Boulevard. On concert nights the lot fills fast and the road in from I-29 at the South 24th Street interchange slows significantly, so arriving an hour before showtime beats fighting the last-minute crowd.
The bus can wait in the motor-coach area during your visit. Check the official Harrah’s Council Bluffs events calendar for current concerts and table game promotions before your visit.
Address: 1 Harrah’s Blvd, Council Bluffs, IA 51501
Phone: (712) 329-6000

Horseshoe Council Bluffs
Horseshoe Council Bluffs (2701 23rd Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51501) is the largest casino property on the Iowa side, with a full hotel, 40,000-square-foot gaming floor, multiple dining outlets, and the Bluffs Run greyhound simulcast facility on site. Bus groups arrive via 23rd Avenue off I-29 at the South 9th Street interchange—the main entrance has an oversized-vehicle drop zone with motor-coach staging in the outer lot adjacent to the hotel tower. Weekend nights during the summer concert series at the attached outdoor venue push the lot to capacity; arriving before 7 p.m. gives the bus clear staging room.
Pair a Horseshoe stop with Harrah’s on the same night and your Council Bluffs casino bus rental earns its keep across both properties without anyone reparking. See the official Horseshoe Council Bluffs site for current promotions.
Address: 2701 23rd Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51501
Phone: (712) 323-2500

Mid-America Center
Mid-America Center (1 Arena Way, Council Bluffs, IA 51501) is Pottawattamie County’s primary indoor event venue, seating up to 7,500 for concerts, minor-league hockey, and touring shows. The arena sits just off I-29 at the U.S. Highway 6 exit—convenient for groups coming from both sides of the river, but the parking lot empties onto Arena Way, which feeds directly onto a single I-29 on-ramp, and post-event traffic backs up the entire corridor in about 15 minutes. A party bus or charter bus drops your group at the main entrance on Arena Way, waits in the outer lot during the event, and is right there at the curb when the crowd pours out—bypassing the on-ramp queue entirely.
Check the Mid-America Center event calendar for current bookings and any event-specific parking notes.
Address: 1 Arena Way, Council Bluffs, IA 51501
Phone: (712) 328-8000

Bayliss Park
Bayliss Park (100 Pearl St, Council Bluffs, IA 51503) is the historic heart of downtown Council Bluffs—a full city block of mature elm canopy, a Victorian-era bandstand, and a fountain plaza that hosts the Summer Thursdays concert series from June through August and holiday lighting events in December. It is a natural photo stop for prom and quinceañera parties, a gathering point for family reunions, and the starting point for pub crawl routes through the surrounding Pearl Street bar district. Street parking around the park is metered and limited; on Summer Thursdays the surrounding blocks fill by 6 p.m.
A bus drops your group at the Pearl Street curb and can wait nearby on 1st Avenue while you enjoy the park. No permit is needed for brief passenger loading on Pearl Street, but the bus cannot idle at the curb during events—plan the waiting spot in advance.
Address: 100 Pearl St, Council Bluffs, IA 51503

Lake Manawa State Park
Lake Manawa State Park (1100 S Shore Dr, Council Bluffs, IA 51501) wraps around a 660-acre oxbow lake formed by the Missouri River, with a sand beach, boat ramp, fishing piers, picnic shelters, and a campground that draws family reunions and corporate group outings from across the metro every summer. The park entrance is off South Shore Drive, about two miles south of I-80 on Exit 3—easy access, but the parking lot near the beach fills by 10 a.m. on sunny summer Saturdays, and there is no overflow lot. A charter bus gets your group to the beach without anyone circling for a spot, and undercarriage bays handle the coolers, canopies, and folding chairs that would otherwise stack up in a caravan of car trunks.
Check the Iowa DNR Lake Manawa page for current park hours and shelter reservation availability.

Union Pacific Railroad Museum
The Union Pacific Railroad Museum (200 Pearl St, Council Bluffs, IA 51503) occupies the restored 1905 Carnegie Library one block from Bayliss Park and tells the story of the transcontinental railroad—which began its western route right here in Council Bluffs, where Abraham Lincoln personally designated the eastern terminus in 1863. The museum is free to enter and open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. School groups and history-focused tours from across the metro make this a popular stop, and the museum’s Pearl Street location makes it easy to pair with a walk through Bayliss Park or a stop at the nearby RailsWest Railroad Museum.
Bus drop-off is on Pearl Street at the museum’s front steps; overnight or all-day parking for larger vehicles is available in the city-owned surface lot one block east. Confirm current group visit policies at the official Union Pacific Railroad Museum page before your trip.
